Jenmar is an employee-owned engineering consulting company looking to fill a key management position with the title of Office Manager.   If you are organized, motivated, and have minimum of 8 years of experience in small business administration Jenmar would like to meet you.

In this position, the Office Manager will report to the President and support the President and ownership group to manage and administrate the company in alignment with Jenmar’s mission statement

To provide the highest caliber people to deliver premium engineering solutions with a steadfast commitment to excellence and integrity

The Office Manager will execute day-to-day duties in all matters not directly related to the delivery of engineering services, including, human resources, financial management, legal compliance, and general office operation.  The General Manager will also support the engineering staff through availability for administrative support functions.
